Quantitative market research

Quantitative surveys,
fielded end to end.

Design, programming, recruitment, fielding and analysis by one team — with every respondent screened before they reach your data.

Research team planning a quantitative study

Every respondent. Personally sourced. Personally screened.

  • 2M+ HCP profiles to field against
  • 125 New therapies and devices evaluated
  • 20+ Years fielding healthcare surveys

Best for

  • Market sizing
  • Awareness, trial and usage
  • Segmentation
  • Pricing and value testing

What we handle

Support at every stage, or the whole thing

We write the questionnaire and screen the sample ourselves — the two places a study goes wrong while still returning clean-looking data.

Design and programming Our survey engineers write the questions rather than programming your draft as-is. Questionnaire designSkip logic and randomizationQuota and terminate testing
Respondent recruitment The same in-house sourcing and screening that runs our qualitative work. Screened to your criteriaSpecialty verifiedSampling and quotas

When a survey is the right tool

Decisions that need a number, not an anecdote

Clinical development

Sizing the need and the evidence before you commit development budget.

Launch and market entry

No second chance at a launch, so the numbers need to be right first.

Regulatory and 510(k)

Structured evidence to support a submission rather than anecdote.

Tracking over time

Repeat waves against a stable base, so movement means something.

Why clients come back

One team, from questionnaire to findings

Survey engineers, not order-takers

Badly written questions produce clean-looking data that is quietly wrong.

Screened in-house

The people answering are verified physicians, not an anonymous river sample.

Pharma and biomedical backgrounds

Analysts who have worked in pharmaceutical data science and biomedical research.

One team throughout

Design, fielding and analysis stay with us rather than moving between vendors.

In their words

What clients say about our surveys

They hit all the timelines, are very communicative, and always address any problems we have.

FAQ

Quantitative research questions

Who writes the questionnaire?

Our survey engineers do, rather than programming a draft as-is. Badly written questions produce clean-looking data that is quietly wrong, and that is not recoverable once the study is in field.

Can you program a questionnaire we have already written?

Yes, though we would want to review it first. Question order, scale design and skip logic all affect the answers, so we would rather flag a problem before fielding than explain the result afterwards.

How do you protect data quality?

Respondents are screened and specialty-verified before they reach the survey rather than sampled anonymously, quotas and terminates are tested before launch, and fielding is monitored with speeders and straightliners removed in cleaning.

Do you handle the analysis, or just deliver the data?

Either. Our analysts have backgrounds in pharmaceutical data science and biomedical research, so analysis and reporting stay in-house if you want them to.

Who answers the surveys?

Verified healthcare professionals recruited and screened by our own team, not an anonymous river sample.

Can you run repeat waves for tracking?

Yes. Repeat waves against a stable base are how movement in the data means something rather than reflecting a different sample each time.
